Delicious summer green. An excellent cooking green, and also enjoyed fresh in cold salads. This is a leafy green summer favorite for Floridians when other leafy greens are in short supply or unavailable.

Americans are largely unfamiliar with this delicious and nutrient-dense leafy-green vegetable. It is a staple in South Asia and South East Asia, and starting to catch on here.

Sweet potato leaves are the most prolific and reliable source leafy green grown in Florida’s hot months.
